We understand that sometimes plans change. But because we do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible, if something comes up and you want to cancel your order, we ask that you please contact our support team at info[email protected] as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not always able to grant cancellation requests, and once your order has been packed up and shipped out to you we will no longer be able to issue a refund.

To help us out with taking care of your case and ensure you get your order fully refunded we would appreciate it if you included your order number (which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail) and/or the email address you used to place your order.
