Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is currently available for orders shipping to the U.S. only.
Your order is first air-shipped to the U.S., then delivered to your door via USPS.

Delivery typically takes 10–12 business days from the date of shipment and includes a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you have any trouble with your tracking information, our customer service team is happy to help

DHL Worldwide Express

Orders of any weight can be shipped via DHL Worldwide Express. Tracking is included!

On average, packages sent out via DHL Worldwide Express shipping take around 3-5 business days to be delivered. 

Japan Post

At this time, Japan Post is only available for some countries. Please refer to this FAQ page for a list of countries. Tracking is available for some shipping options. The two Japan Post shipping options are:

• E-Packet (with tracking): delivery within 10-20 business days
• EMS (Express Mail Service, with tracking): delivery within 5-7 business days 

By selecting these shipping methods, you acknowledge and agree to the waiting period and understand that we cannot locate your shipment until it arrives at its destination.
