Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Simply enter your recipient’s shipping address during checkout.
We recommend placing gift orders in advance to allow enough time for processing and delivery during the holiday season.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to update your shipping address.
Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to update the address.

Can I order the Advent Calendar with other products?

During the Advent Calendar (30 Nights of Japan) presale period, Advent Calendars cannot be purchased together with other products in the same order.

The Advent Calendar is a pre-order item that ships later, while other products are available to ship sooner. Because they have different shipping timelines, we’re unable to combine them into one order.

If you’d like to purchase an Advent Calendar and other products, please:

• Place your Advent Calendar order separately.
• Place a separate order for any other products you’d like to purchase.

If you try to combine them in one order, you’ll be unable to check out. Once the Advent Calendar enters the regular sale period, you’ll be able to purchase it together with other products in the same order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Because holiday orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order enters fulfillment.

What is your holiday refund policy?

Refund eligibility follows our standard Refund Policy.
Because most holiday products contain food items, we generally do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, our team will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Can I return holiday products?

Food products are not eligible for return.
